We will gladly refund or exchange all full priced, unwashed and unworn tagged merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please be mindful of pet hair and odor as items that arrive with excessive amounts of these will NOT be refunded. Clearance items, or items labeled 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Proof of purchase required.
Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, we must process it like a return. Please purchase the size/item you DO want, then follow the instructions above to return the unwanted size/item.
Once we receive your item(s) and verify quality, we will refund you the cost of the returned merchandise minus a flat rate of $8 (per order) for the return shipping/handling (US only, additional fees may apply for international returns). Please note, all refunds are processed on Mondays and Fridays. Once we process your refund, you will be automatically emailed a description of your card transaction. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. If your purchase was made with a gift card, you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card.
International returns/exchanges - please note, at this time we are unable to process or accept international returns.
If your initial purchase is at a different price than your exchange purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price.
