Discount codes do not apply to sale items because we don't allow double discounting. Sale items are already marked down, and additional codes or promotions cannot be stacked on top of those reduced prices.

Qualifying orders placed 11/25/26-12/2/26 are eligible for return/exchange until 1/10/26. Items purchased with a discount of 20% or less are subject to our normal return policy.

Any item discounted more than 20% is considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before purchasing Final Sale items, as all sales are final.

The gift included in a “free gift” promotion is tied to the qualifying purchase. If you decide to return your order (or a part of the order, bringing your total below $250) the gift must be returned as well. If you’d like to keep the gift, you will be charged the purchase price for it.

We're a small, human team doing all fulfillment in-house, so fulfillment may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and support. We aim to ship you order within 5 business days of receiving it.

All orders with residential addresses are shipped via UPS Ground Advantage - this means UPS ships until the 'final mile', which is performed/delivered by USPS. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, addresses in AK & HI and international addresses will be done via USPS. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may be impacted by carrier and other factors outside our control.

A few of our bestselling pieces are on pre-order because they've sold out SO quickly. They're currently being made, but rather than wait until they're done we wanted to give you the opportunity to pre-order them on sale.

Pre-order does not mean 'unlimited stock', and we've already sold through 2 pre-orders this month so don't wait! The delivery windows are noted on each product (and in the cart). They are estimates, but good ones! Return windows will be extended for pre-sale items.

Navidium Shipping Protection is an optional, non-refundable add-on that you can include with your order. When selected, it provides coverage for any product that is lost, damaged, or mishandled during transit. If something happens to your order while it's with the mail carrier, Navidium allows us to quickly replace the affected items for you. Orders without Shipping Protection will not be replaced by us.
