      How do I exchange? I just need a new size

      • We're a small company with limited inventory so if you want to exchange, re-buy the size/color you want and follow the process below to return what you don't want. 

       

      How do I return?

      • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
      • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines + return address once the return request is approved
      • please note - we are NOT liable for damaged or lost packages so please insure your mail accordingly
      • DO NOT simply mail back to the return address on your package. We do not get mail here and your package will 1000000% get lost, resulting in no refund. 

       

      What items are returnable?

      *due to shipping delays, we're allowing returns up to 45 days post order*

      • Items must be unworn, unwashed and un-stinky!
      • Tags must still be on 
      • Clearance of 'final sale' items are not eligible for return
      • Our system does not support international returns so please contact returns@shopyouer.com for assistance

       

      What are the fees for returning?

      • We don't charge any fees, as you pay for the postage/shipping label yourself
      • Any item that is returned without tags may be subject to a $5 re-stocking fee

       

      How soon will I get my refund?

      • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of your funds being returned to your original form of payment
      • We process refunds twice a week, and funds can take up to 10 days to reappear after we process the refund.
